About Us
Balance of Creation Care and Support is an arm of Balance of Creation Ltd. In 2021, Mr. Jermaine Jemmoth, a professional healthcare and support professional with several years of experience alongside his associates who have over 40 years combined experience in healthcare practice, founded Balance of Creation Care and Support. His firsthand experience of the vulnerability and helplessness of people in need while working, informed his decision to spend his life providing care and assisting vulnerable people to enjoy a great quality of life. He then decided to establish a company that can enable him to help as many more individuals as possible

Our Service Users are at the heart of our business. Whatever the challenges are-mental health problems, learning disabilities, special needs, and physical challenges-we provide care and support services that are focused on helping them take reasonable control of their lives, thereby preserving their dignity and helping them live up to their full potentials whether living at their homes or in our high-quality conducive individual or group supported living residential accommodations. We assist our clients to develop a person-centered care plan that will help them not only cope well with their challenges but thrive despite those challenges!
How We Do It
Because our business is anchored on delivering exceptional care and support to our dear service users, we put a high premium on our human resources management. Right from recruitment and selection, we go to great lengths to select and recruit only the best hands in the game. These are highly experienced and competent carers, support workers, and registered nurses who are further trained periodically through our elearning platform to keep them continually abreast of best practices and emerging trends in care and support practices. They live and breathe empathy and compassion making them kind and loving while delivering service.
To further fireproof our exceptional service delivery, we have an efficient feedback system that allows us to track and assess how our clients are enjoying our services to promptly address any complaint they might have to sustain our service excellence.
